Privacy Policy

If you visit our blog, subscribe to our newsletter, comment, or otherwise integrate, you provide us with your personal data. We process your data and are responsible for its security. We promise to adequately protect your data and comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not currently sell any product, so you are not our customer. However, we may become so in the future, which is why this document includes our customer policies and rights.

You are a customer. If you are our customer, we send you newsletters because of the legitimate interest we reasonably expect you to have.

  • Competitions and giveaways

If you participate in one of our competitions, we only process your email for the purpose of contacting you in the event of a win. After the competition has ended, we will delete your contact details from our database unless you explicitly confirm your consent to receive further emails from us.

  • Provision of services, the performance of business contracts, and bookkeeping

If you are our customer, we process the following personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (e.g. sending you login information for an online course, and entering it into the accounting system): billing data and e-mail.

We process the personal data for as long as you consent, but no longer than 10 years from the date of consent or the last order.

We only process your data in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.

You have a number of rights in relation to data protection. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email: leona.burdova@yahoo.com

You have the right to the information you are reading right now. 🙂

With the right of access, you can challenge us at any time and we will provide you with evidence within 30 days of what personal data we are processing and why.

If something changes or you find your personal data outdated or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and amended.

You can exercise your right to restrict the processing if you believe that we are processing your data inaccurately if you believe that we are processing unlawfully but do not want to delete all your data, or if you have objected to the processing.

Right to erasure (to be forgotten)

Another right you have is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish to do so, you have the right to do so.

In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system. We need 30 days to ensure your right to erasure.

In some cases, we are bound by legal obligation and, for example, we must keep records of tax documents issued for the time period specified by law. In this case, we will therefore delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you by email when the deletion is completed.

Complaint to the Data Protection Authority

If you feel that we are not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Data Protection Authority at any time with your complaint. We would be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any wrongdoing.

Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial communications

We send you emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services if you are a customer based on our legitimate interest.

If you are not yet a customer, we only send them to you on the basis of your consent. In either case, you can stop receiving our emails by pressing the unsubscribe link in each email sent.

Confidentiality

We are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality shall continue even after the end of the contractual relationship with us. We will also not disclose your data to any other third party without your consent.

How long we keep your data

If you post a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. The data is retained for the purpose of automatically recognizing and approving all subsequent comments, rather than holding them in the moderation queue.

For users who register on this site (if they have the option), we also store the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except for changing their username). Site administrators may also view and edit this information.
